Jakarta - Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) disappointed with the South Jakarta District Court (PN South Jakarta) who ordered a halt to the investigation of fictitious tax worth hundreds of billions of dollars. Taxation Office through the Director of Investigation and Intelligence will sue South Jakarta District Court judges to the Judicial Commission (KY).The case was ordered for investigation by the South Jakarta District Court dismissed the case are fictitious corporate tax memorandum Permata Hijau Group (PHG) with a suspect company managers on behalf of Toto Chandra. The manager has been charged in the year 2009.
"We will do legally resistance is reported to KY," said Director of Investigation and Intelligence, Directorate General of Taxation, Ministry of Finance, Yuli Kristiono, in a press conference in his office, Jl Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Wednesday (03/09/2014).
Command to stop the investigation was contained in a pretrial ruling made by Toto Chandra August 2014 lawsuit granted pretrial Toto Razzad Muhammad as a single judge trial on August 26, 2014 last.
"We can not any more because of the nature of the final pretrial. Could not appeal and cassation., But we try to find a way to do Review (PK)," he said.
Yuli regard, Muhammad Razzad, violated its authority. According to him, can not be ordered termination pretrial investigation.
"For a while we're talking about whether or how the investigation continues., But clearly verdict is very rare," he concluded.
